Terms of Service

Temporary text (version 2026-11-placeholder-1). Hacksat must review it, and fill in the bracketed items, before launch. It is not legal advice.

  1. Hacksat Academy is operated by Hacksat Tech Ltd. By creating an account and paying for a course you agree to these terms.
  2. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
  3. Course content is licensed to you for personal learning. You may not copy, share, resell or publish it.
  4. Certificates are issued only to students who meet the course requirements. A certificate can be revoked if it was obtained dishonestly.
  5. A certificate's public verification page shows your name, the course title and the dates of completion and issue.
  6. Prices are shown in naira. Payments are processed by Paystack.
  7. These terms are governed by the laws of [Nigeria / state to confirm]. Contact: [support email].

Refund policy

Refund requests must be sent to [support email] within [7] days of payment, quoting the invoice number and the reason. Each request is reviewed by Hacksat Academy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paystack, and access to the course ends when the refund is approved. Requests may be declined once a substantial part of the course has been completed or a certificate has been issued. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
